We are very excited to share the news that we’ll be doing a one day Summer pop-up on Sunday, June 14th from 11am-2pm where the bakers will be making their own ice cream in-house, available in two flavours:

🤎 Chocolate and Salted Caramel

A chocolate brownie cookie, filled with vanilla & salted caramel swirl ice cream

🩷 Raspberry, Brown Butter and White Chocolate

A brown butter & white chocolate chip cookie, filled with vanilla and raspberry ripple ice cream

We will also be selling our Tiramisu in single portion pots, along with some other surprises on the day 👀🧡

We’ve made making your own pizza easy 🍕 Long fermented traditional Neapolitan style dough made with just organic flour, water and yeast!

Introducing our SUMMER DRINKS MENU available from next week, May 13th 🌞😎

🍵 Iced Blackberry Matcha: made using our homemade blackberry purée and .ie ceremonial grade matcha.

🍹 Strawberry + Earl Grey Iced Tea: made completely in-house and steeped overnight in fresh fruit & herbs.

🖤 Cold Brew Coffee: anyone who was worried we had replaced Bombe can fear not, we’ve switched it to an immersion cold brew for the (hopefully) hot summer days.

🥤Grapefruit Espresso Tonic: our classic Henry espresso with a squeeze of grapefruit + Fever Tree Indian tonic water
