Carrot Cake - carrot sponge topped with a hint of lemon cream cheese frosting
Vanilla and Raspberry - vanilla sponge filled with raspberry jam topped with white chocolate ganache
Choctastic - chocolate sponge topped with chocolate cream cheese frosting
