Patisserie Royale was established by Kevin Murphy & Derek Cowley in 1998 to supply the hotel and catering industry with high end desserts and pastries. We make a large variety of products for both the frozen and chilled markets. Our main product groups are cheesecakes, gateaux & cakes, tarts, pies, flans, mousses, tray bakes, and a range of individual. mini and customised cakes. Our cakes are made
using the latest innovations in bakery equipment and machinery with the finishing touch on the majority of our cakes and desserts hand decorated to retain that "home-made" look. We at Patisserie Royale pride ourselves on our ability to adapt to the ever changing demands of our customers and in our ability to deliver a consistent, quality product that will offer value for money. Over 95% of our ingredients are sourced in Ireland and we currently employ 48 people
