Bottom tier is traditional rich fruit cake soaked in whisky, port and white rum, covered in marzipan and white sugar paste, middle tier is vanilla sponge with raspberry conserve and vanilla buttercream and top tier is moist carrot cake with walnuts and vanilla buttercream.
