In 1972, Muhammad Ali stepped into the ring at Croke Park. 54 years later, another Irish boxing legend will make history in the same stadium.

Gildas tends his hives across both urban Dublin and coastal Wicklow to create two distinct local flavors:

✨ D1 Raw Honey — A light, floral, city-botanical honey gathered from Dublin’s lime and sycamore trees, canal wildflowers, clover, and late-season ivy.

✨ Newcastle Farm Raw Forest Honey — A rich, creamed honey harvested along the Wicklow coast, brimming with warm notes of gorse, heather, hawthorn, and seaside blossoms.
Raw, unpasteurized, and made right on our doorstep. Perfect paired with a fresh baguette, a wedge of artisanal cheese, or your morning tea.

A little inspiration from Brittany 🇫🇷❤️

Today I visited the beautiful village of Pont-Aven, famous not only for its delicious crêperies but also for inspiring the painter Paul Gauguin, who arrived here in 1886.

Captivated by the light, the river and the Breton culture, he helped make Pont-Aven one of France's most celebrated artists' villages.

Of course, I couldn't leave without enjoying a traditional Breton galette and crêpe! 🥞

Every visit to Brittany reminds me where my passion for authentic Breton cuisine comes from, and I can't wait to bring a little more of that inspiration back to Le Petit Breton in Dublin. 🇮🇪❤️🇫🇷
