MUD Bakery MUD Bakery was established by Shane Murray, Great Irish Bake Off Finalist 2014. “Baking has always been my thing.

I studied at my mother’s apron strings,so by the age of twelve I had my own market stall, heaving with tarts and
buns. My appearance on The Great Irish Bake-off was the icing on the cake and Mud Bakery was born! At Mud I take the classics and shake
them up to create fantastic flavours using unexpected natural ingredients. I believe it’s all about finding a balance between indulgence and going without. There is a third way and Mud is a third-wave bakery.”
