Some days in the bakery hit differently.😱
Not everything goes smoothly behind the scenes.
Something went wrong today — still not exactly sure what happened — but 300 croissants didn’t turn out the way they should have, and we had to throw them away.
It hurts.😭
The time, the butter, the effort, the early mornings… all in the bin.
But this is part of baking too.
We learn, adjust, and show up again tomorrow at 6am to try again. 🥐
