My Versunkener Apfelkuchen/Sunken Apple Cake is a sponge cake topped with juicy apples that gradually sink into the sponge while baking, while my Aprikosenkuchen/Apricot Cake has a melt-in-the-mouth, creamy, fruity filling with a short crust base. :)
