We are incredibly thankful and humble 🙏🙏 our small business is open at the weekends for pre-orders only whilst we work tirelessly to bring our NUTCAKE to the shop next to your door 😊

No matter the size or revenue of your business, when you receive recognition for your hard work it makes it all worth it!

Joining the food industry last year was one of the hardest obstacles in our professional life but it is proving to be one of the most rewarding, especially in time when we made a hard decision to go part time with it.

As we are developing our store ready version of the NUTCAKE we are moving sales of the fresh cakes to pre-order and weekend only. During this time we plan to work hard at gaining recognition for our creation and hard work over the last year, therefore, the two nominations could not have come at a better time.

We are proud to announce being listed as one of three finalists in this year's Irish Micro Business Awards in the following categories:
"Food & Drink Hero"
"Startup Star"

Another big step for our NUTCAKES! 🥳

Last November we have been awarded a €5,000 Innovation Voucher by LEODublinCity to help us design a new version of our NUTCAKE, ready to be sold in stores across Ireland and hopefully beyond 🙌

Following four months of intensive research and collaboration with numerous institutions we are proud to announce our partnership with Limerick Institute of Technology - LIT and their amazing Food@LIT research department led by Dr. Tracey Larkin 🎓

We cannot wait to see what's "in store" for our NUTCAKES. The journey continues! ⛰️
