Irish Mammies Know Best 🍞

On Friday March 13th, we’re hosting a special baking demonstration at Ruairi’s Kitchen in conjunction with the cork business association for the Corks Coffee house lates, celebrating the traditions of Irish home baking.

I’ll be joined by my mammy Jean as we share some of the classic Irish bread recipes that have been passed down through generations. Our goal is simple – to help revive and keep alive traditional Irish bakes that once filled kitchens across the country.

The event is free to attend, and guests will have the chance to sample some traditional Irish bakes on the night. We’ll also have tea, coffee, and a selection of sweet treats available to purchase while you enjoy the demonstration.

Join us to pick up a few baking tips from an Irish mammy and learn how to make traditional Irish breads from scratch..

Because when it comes to baking… Irish mammies really do know best. 🇮🇪

To our wonderful community ☕️🥐

We want to say thank you — truly — for all the love, support, and honest feedback you’ve shared with us. After a lot of reflection, we’ve made some thoughtful changes so we can focus on what we do best and what we love most.

For now, we won’t be bringing back the full sandwich and salad menu. That said, the Grilled Artisan Classic will be returning, and we’ll also be introducing more baked items to the menu. Baking has always been at the heart of what we do, and we want to pour our energy into creating even more of the pastries and baked goods you’ve come to know and love 🤍

This isn’t goodbye forever to sandwiches and salads — we’ll absolutely be re-evaluating them down the line once the time feels right.

We also wanted to let you know that for the moment, we’ll be closed on Saturdays and operating Monday to Friday only. This change allows us to stay sustainable, creative, and present — so we can continue showing up with quality and care every single day.

Thank you for growing with us, supporting our journey, and being part of our little bakery family. We can’t wait for you to see (and taste!) what’s coming next ✨🥐
