🇮🇹 Italian Cookery Demonstration & Supper Evening 🇮🇹

Join us on Saturday 27th June from 4pm for a special evening celebrating the best of Italian home cooking, made with the finest seasonal produce from Cork.

Together, Jean and I will share some of our favourite traditional Italian recipes, demonstrating how simple, quality ingredients and time-honoured techniques can create truly memorable food.

Throughout the evening we’ll prepare classic dishes including Melanzane, Lasagne, Bruschetta and Italian Salad, while exploring the philosophy behind Italian family cooking and the importance of sourcing local ingredients.

After the demonstration, guests will sit down to enjoy a relaxed three-course Italian supper with tea, coffee and dessert included.

Irish Mammies Know Best 🍞

On Friday March 13th, we’re hosting a special baking demonstration at Ruairi’s Kitchen in conjunction with the cork business association for the Corks Coffee house lates, celebrating the traditions of Irish home baking.

I’ll be joined by my mammy Jean as we share some of the classic Irish bread recipes that have been passed down through generations. Our goal is simple – to help revive and keep alive traditional Irish bakes that once filled kitchens across the country.

The event is free to attend, and guests will have the chance to sample some traditional Irish bakes on the night. We’ll also have tea, coffee, and a selection of sweet treats available to purchase while you enjoy the demonstration.

Join us to pick up a few baking tips from an Irish mammy and learn how to make traditional Irish breads from scratch..

Because when it comes to baking… Irish mammies really do know best. 🇮🇪
