BAKER TO BAKER… 👀
Would you eat a cake made by another baker?
I spent my entire holiday doing exactly that. 😂
Every pastry shop we passed… I stopped.
Every interesting dessert I saw… I tried.
Every “must-try” pastry… obviously had to be tested.
Not because I couldn't resist cake (although… that's also true 😂), but because I'm always curious.
How do other bakers work?
What flavours are they pairing?
What textures are they creating?
What techniques are they using?
What makes people queue for that particular dessert?
I genuinely believe that you never stop learning — and sometimes the best way to learn is simply to taste.
So I'm curious…
If you're a baker, would you happily buy and eat another baker's cake?
And if you're not a baker… would you trust a baker's recommendation over your own choice? 👀
