A little customer moment that made me smile. 🤎

I love receiving pictures of my bakes from the people who enjoy them at home, and this one deserved a little moment of its own.

Chocolate sablée breton, a crunchy hazelnut praline layer, hazelnut and chocolate ganache montée, finished with a little ball of ganache coated in chocolate.

Different textures, rich chocolate and toasted hazelnut flavours, all coming together in one little tartlet. 🍫🌰

Decadence defined! 🎂 Inside this beauty are layers of moist chocolate sponge packed with three incredible fillings: rich Oreo mousse, creamy vanilla mascarpone loaded with Oreo pieces, and smooth chocolate ganache. Absolute perfection! ✨

Layers of rich, moist chocolate sponge, decadent chocolate ganache and homemade cherry compote, bringing together everything I love about a good Black Forest cake.

Because a birthday cake should look the part, but what's inside matters just as much! 🎂

When Stranger Things meets Corduff GAA… 🖤❤️💛

This one was such a fun cake to put together! I was given two clues about what the birthday girl loves and the freedom to do the rest my way. No pink, no purple, nothing too girly — just Stranger Things, Corduff GAA and a little creativity.

Chocolate sponge, Oreo filling and plenty of details to bring it all together. 🎂
