Strange reguest!! Rathvilly surrounding areas if possible. I am on the look out for old Wellie boots diffrent sizes condition doesn't matter as its for an upclycle project

Rathvilly village is part of the 1 in 4 towns / villages to be poster free for the local elections in the whole of carlow this is fantastic news.
Not to mention only 1 candidate from carlow has chose to go poster free.
Well done Brian O'Donoghue Local Election Campaign 2019
For stepping up and using the the right initiative.
Let's hope 2020 they are completely banned
