A few things I’ve learned from being a small business owner 3 years in! ❤️
21-year-old me thought owning a bakery and coffee shop meant freedom.
24-year-old me knows it means responsibility.
It means being the first one in and the last one out.
It means carrying the weight of payroll, suppliers, customer experience, equipment breakdowns, staffing challenges, and a hundred other things nobody talks about.
Over the last three years, I've learned:
🍀Luck may open a door, but consistency keeps it open.
💗Motivation comes and goes..
discipline stays.
🥰Being young is only a disadvantage if you believe it is.
🤷🏽♀️Every mistake is expensive, but every mistake teaches something.
❤️The business grows when you grow.
Three years ago, I was a 21-year-old with a dream.
Today, at 24 and turning 25 this year, I'm still learning every day—but I'm proud of how far we've come.
If you're a young business owner, keep going. The hard days are part of the story.✨🌟
