When it came to opening the shop back 5 years ago (😱), there was what felt like hundreds of big decisions to be made about almost everything in the building, one huge one being what coffee beans we were going to use ☕️

Picking Geometry Coffee in Galway was hands down the best decision made, not only for the unreal taste of the coffee but for all the support and advice Matt and the team gave whenever needed, and still continue to do so.

Gave Matt a call last week as we felt there was a bit of fine tuning needed with a couple of things regarding the coffee machine/grinder etc, he landed straight down to us on Tuesday, had us back serving coffee we were 100% happy with and had Brendan from Coffee.ie - Everything Coffee down first thing Friday morning to sort out the rest.

Unbelievable service 🙌🏼❤️☕️
