We’re incredibly proud to share that our Gluten-Free Christmas Pudding has been awarded 2 Stars at the Great Taste Awards 2026 ⭐️⭐️

Handmade in small batches from a recipe handed down through the generations, this award is a wonderful recognition of the craftsmanship and care that go into every pudding we make.

A brilliant day at the PTSB Ideal Homes Show with the Dunnes Stores Simply Better team ✨

We had the pleasure of chatting with Chef Brian McDermott about the craftmanship behind our products, our story, and the journey we’ve been on with Simply Better.

It was also lovely to meet some of the incredible producers behind the Simply Better range, including Ann from Aine's Chocolates and Miena from Miena's Nougat. Such a special group to be part of!

Wildberry Bakery is looking for a Bakery Operative to join our team in Ballineen, Co. Cork.

If you enjoy working with great ingredients, being part of a close-knit team, and taking pride in what you produce, we’d love to hear from you!

The role:
• Full-time, Monday-Friday
• Mon-Thurs: 8:30am-5:00pm
• Friday: 7:00am-1:00pm (early finish)
• 2 weeks annual leave at Christmas

Experience:
Previous bakery experience is beneficial but not essential, full training will be provided. What matters most is a positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
