Today’s going to be a real emotional rollercoaster 🎢💛 As we close this chapter at .ie, we’re saying “see you soon” to our friends (aka our amazing customers – because if you’ve visited us, you’re part of the family).

A Note from Lisa 💛

It’s with mixed emotions that I share this news: after a year in business, doing it solo, I’ve decided it’s time to close the doors on P3 and explore what’s next (whatever that may be!).

Being mum to my gorgeous daughter Isme has always been my number one job, and lately, the business has started to take too much time and energy away from that. While I still absolutely love cooking and I’m so proud of what we’ve built, I’m ready to let go of the rest—the 24/7 brain switch-on, the constant hustle, and let’s be honest... the dent in my savings 😅

Our final day of trading will be Sunday, 10th August. Until then, we’ll be open as normal:
Thursday & Friday: 9–4
Saturday & Sunday: 10–4

Please pop in—even just to say hi to the team before we finish up. Your support and kindness over the past year has meant the world. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This isn’t goodbye from me entirely, though. There’s definitely more to come—especially when it comes to cooking and catering. I’m still doing what I love in new ways, including regular appearances on Ireland AM, so stay tuned!
