This week couldn’t have been tougher, a lot of emotional stages in which you always recognise real people around you… lots of new faces and new friends were made!

This week we felt heavy heart on saying goodbye to our Dearest Ewan,
Ewan has been with us for the last 2-1/2 years, arrived so young and ready for tackling the job, he grown up into a young man that we all became very proud of… Ewan excelled at serving amazing coffees and didn’t left much occasion to the the other staff members to touch his coffee machine… but it was well worth it ;)

Ewan has left this week for his next work experience overseas and will experience new opportunities and meet new colleagues, BUT we only agreed to let him go for 7months, hopefully we will see him serving back coffees at Merci Beaucoup on castle street !

Ewan from all the staff, Alona and I, but also many customers - Enjoy, have fun, we will miss you!

And thank you for being you, we are so proud of you 👏🏻
