POULE DE LUXE is a pastry store, dedicated to cream puffs and Macarons

The story of the cream puff started in the 16th century with Queen Catherine de Medicis’ cook who invented this classic French pastry, known as "choux à la crème" in French. Poule de Luxe’s « petits choux » and Macarons come in a selection of 12 permanent flavors for the pleasure of everyone. Each week, a seasonal flavor is el

aborated by our pastry chef, depending on his inspiration. These little cakes are round and delicious, crunchy on the outside, smooth and creamy on the inside: filled with our tasty crème patissière. All our « petits choux » and Macarons are made fresh every morning in our kitchen by our pastry chef using traditional techniques. Every ingredient is meticulously selected in order to offer a high quality product. We are very proud of our delicious « petits choux » and Macarons. We work every day to make you smile with our little piece of happiness. We put all our love into the Poule de Luxe cream puffs and Macarons.

cuisine.
Job Description:
• Sandwiches and paninis
• Pasta dishes (Aglio e Olio, Carbonara, Pesto Fusilli)
• Asian-inspired bowls (Teriyaki Chicken, Don Buri, Tempeh)
• Fresh salads, vegetarian & vegan options
• Beef burger
• Pizza and hot dogs
Requirements:
• Proven experience in cooking simple international dishes
• Skilled in preparing pasta, bowls, chicken, fish, tofu, tempeh, pizza, and hot dogs
• Organized, fast, and clean in the kitchen
• Team player and responsible
• Must speak Bahasa
• English is a plus
