🥖 SOURDOUGH 🍞
This learning experience has been one of the most rewarding and interesting phases of my baking journey.
Beberapa kali sudah mau release, tapi mengurungkan niat karena karena ngga puas dengan hasilnya, masih ada kurang²nya dan belum pede. And as always, CnC selalu mau memberikan produk terbaik untuk kalian Cookie Fam. Call it what you will, tapi ternyata belajar produk² artisinal ini justru bukan soal dapetin hasil yang sempurna, but rather embracing the imperfections, the asymmetries, 'wonkiness' and uniqueness of every cookie, every loaf.
This also doesn't mean that the baker is easily content, but it means each product was crafted carefully and whole-heartedly.

Sourdough ini hasil dari belajar kurang lebih setahun dengan mentor yang luar biasa, dan starter yang berumur 7 tahun.
