Dear Customers and friends,
It is with emotion that we announce the permanent closure of Fren’Cha Bakery,
Over the years, your support has turned our small bakery into a community staple, and for that, we are eternally grateful,
Our journey began with the simple goal of bringing a taste of France to ULUWATU,
We want to extend our deepest thanks to each of you who walked through our doors and became part of the Fren’Cha family. Your smiles, stories, and satisfaction have been the best reward of all,
As we close this chapter, we are pleased to share that the spirit of our bakery will live on:
BUTTERMAN (.id) a name synonymous with quality and innovation in the world of baked goods, will be taking over our spaces in Ungasan and Bingin.
During the transition period during which Butterman will refresh the stores under their brand, we still got you covered on Gojek!

Our homemade and traditional GALETTE DES ROIS 👑 is back at Frencha ! 🙌
In France we eat this special pastry for epiphany, and a small figurine named « fève » is hidden inside!
Let’s find it and become the King (or queen) 🤴 👸 of the day !
Plain galettes will be available soon at Bingin and Ungasan shops and can be available from now on order,
For Raspberry, Chocolate or Apple ones, we will make it only on order 👌🙏

Our homemade CHRISTMAS CAKES are ready to order 🎄🥂 !
This year we propose 5 different tastes :
-> Chocolate Rum Creme Log
-> Cinnamon & Caramel Log
-> Milk Chocolate Praline Entremet
-> Raspberry / White Chocolate Entremet
-> Passion Fruit Entremet
It will be available starting Wednesday 20th of December, please order 2 days in advance directly at our shops or by WhatsApp (Ungasan +62 877-5954-9108, Bingin +62 857-8694-8018) and maximum Saturday 23rd at 5pm 🙏
If you need breads also for the 24th or 25th December please order as soon as possible,
For your information, the 31 of December we will close all our shops at 3pm and reopen the 1st January at 10am 🤗

« NORDIK BREAD »:
Introducing our delicious and healthy loaf of bread made with pure rye and whole-wheat flour, our famous sourdough (levain) and our own mix of seeds.
Not only super tasty, but it also keeps well for days (when stored correctly) and can be enjoyed in many ways.
Try it simply with good butter or jam for a tasty breakfast, or even better, pair it with your favorite cheese for a perfect snack. And if you're in a hurry, just pop it in the toaster for a quick and satisfying meal ☺️

« Fren’cha Mac Burger » don’t need to go to Mac Do, because it tastes same but with only good ingredients:
Double minced beef patty, cheddar cheese, gherkins, lettuce, secret Fren’cha Mac Sauce in our own burger buns & served with homemade French fries,
It’s available in our 2 shops in Ungasan & Bingin, come and try it, we are open everyday until 8pm!

We are ready to serve you everyday in our 3 different shops in:
-> Ungasan 7am - 8pm
-> Uluwatu (in .village)
6.30am - 4pm
-> Bingin 6.30am - 10pm (open for dinner, except Wednesdays, close at 8pm)
Come and try our breakfasts, sandwiches, salads, crêpes, desserts/cakes and our new Tapas Menu & happy hour in Bingin for dinner time !
