🇪🇸 Erasmus+ Job Shadowing in Sevilla 🇭🇺

For one month, Gabriella Kárász from Tett-Hely Ifjúsági Egyesület, Pécs, Hungary was taking part in an Erasmus+ KA153 job shadowing mobility hosted by CLASH in Sevilla, Spain.

The mobility was a great opportunity to discover Spanish youth work practices, exchange experiences with local youth workers and organisations, and learn more about inclusion, youth participation and the involvement of rural communities in European projects.

During the month, Gabriella had the opportunity to meet different organisations, youth workers and young people, visit local communities and explore both professional and cultural aspects of life in Andalusia.

A month full of learning, new connections, professional inspiration and intercultural experiences! 🇪🇸🇭🇺

🌿 Day 6 at GREENFLUENCE – Until We Meet Again! 💚

Our final day arrived, but we were just as active and engaged as ever.

To close the week, we explored how we can make our communities more resilient, reflecting on the knowledge and experiences we had gained throughout the training. Participants also created Postcards for the Future, writing personal messages.

We ended the day with the final evaluation, a delicious farewell dinner, and the Youthpass Certificate Ceremony, celebrating a week of learning, cooperation and personal growth.

It has been an unforgettable and inspiring journey filled with new knowledge, meaningful discussions, friendships and memories that will stay with us for a long time.

Saying goodbye was not easy… but this is not the end.

🌿 Day 5 at GREENFLUENCE 💚

Another active and inspiring day was behind us!

We started the morning with some fun energisers before diving into our Deep Debate activity. Using the knowledge they had gained throughout the week, participants worked in their national teams to defend different perspectives, challenge ideas and engage in thought-provoking discussions about environmental issues and our future.

Later, we continued exploring sustainability through an interactive workshop on ecological footprints, reflecting on how our everyday choices impact the planet and what realistic changes we can make.

After a productive morning, it was time for some well-deserved fun! 🚣‍♀️ We spent the afternoon dragon boating on the beautiful Lake Pécs, strengthening our teamwork in a completely different way.

To finish the day, we celebrated together with a funky party at the Medvehagyma Ház by the lake—full of music, dancing, laughter and unforgettable memories. 🎉💚

🌍✨ Intercultural Evenings at GREENFLUENCE ✨🌍

One of the highlights of our training course has been our wonderful Intercultural Evenings, where participants shared the traditions, culture and flavours of their countries.

From delicious local delicacies to fascinating facts and customs, each evening gave us the chance to discover a little more about Croatia 🇭🇷, Hungary 🇭🇺, Italy 🇮🇹, Norway 🇳🇴, Romania 🇷🇴 and Spain 🇪🇸.

We even learned some of the famous Italian hand gestures, joined in traditional Romanian and Hungarian dances, and enjoyed plenty of laughter, conversations and unforgettable moments together.

These evenings remind us that intercultural learning is not only about understanding our differences, but also about celebrating what brings us together. 💚🌍

🌿 Day 4 at GREENFLUENCE 💚

Today started with an incredibly informative session led by our guest speaker, Maja, whose expertise lies in sustainability in the economy. Through inspiring examples and real-life case studies from companies around the world, we explored how sustainability can be integrated into business—not only in theory, but also in practice.

After an intensive morning, we enjoyed discovering the natural and cultural treasures of the region. We visited the beautiful Abaliget Dripstone Cave and the Bat Museum, then continued to the historic mills of Orfű, where we learned about their fascinating history and their present-day functions while enjoying coffee, cake and ice cream together.

To end the day, we visited the impressive Vízfő Spring and its unique organic-style building, another hidden gem of the Mecsek region.

Day 3 at GREENFLUENCE 💚

Today was another inspiring day full of learning, creativity and outdoor adventure!

In the morning, we visited the Retextil organization in Pécs, where we learned about their inspiring mission of giving new life to discarded textiles. We discovered how their unique products are created, gained insight into their social and environmental impact, and even had the chance to try making textile threads ourselves.

After a delicious lunch, we returned to Orfű and immersed ourselves in the thought-provoking topic of Deep Adaptation. Through Jigsaw Learning and a World Café, participants explored different perspectives, shared ideas and reflected on resilience, adaptation and the future of our communities.

To end this productive day, we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings of Orfű by kayaking, canoeing, swimming and paddleboarding—a perfect way to connect with nature and each other. 🌊☀️

🌿 Day 2 at GREENFLUENCE

Another inspiring day full of learning and discovering!

Our morning started at the City Hall of Pécs, where we were warmly welcomed by Vice Mayor Mr. Gábor Zag. He guided us through the fascinating Tower Exhibition before we climbed to the top of the Clock Tower to enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of the city.

In the afternoon, we visited the BIOKOM Selective Landfill in Pécs, where we gained valuable insights into waste management, recycling processes and the importance of responsible resource use.

To end the day, we made our way to the Orfű Lookout Tower, where we enjoyed another spectacular view and reflected on everything we had learned.

A day full of new knowledge, meaningful discussions and unforgettable views! 💚

🌿 Day 1 at GREENFLUENCE 🌍

What a fantastic start to our training course in Orfű! 💚

Today, the participants got to know each other through fun team-building activities and explored the exciting programme waiting for us this week.

We also learned about the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps (ESC) programmes, the Youthpass Certificate, and the European Training Strategy (ETS) Competence Framework for youth workers.

To end the day, participants began exploring the Deep Adaptation theory in expert groups, preparing presentations to share with the rest of the team tomorrow.

✨ The energy, curiosity and active participation of everyone have been amazing. We’re grateful to have such a motivated and inspiring group, and we can’t wait for the days ahead!
