“Pötyi” , nemes egyszerűséggel így neveztük el. Egres, ribizli, fehercsokis mascarpone krém. A recept sok éves, az ízek még mindig a meglepetés erejével hatnak. És ha a cukrász maga is meglepődik azon, milyen finomat alkotott, annál jobb ajánlás nincs is.

"Pötyi"—that's simply what we named it. A combination of gooseberries, red currants, and white chocolate mascarpone cream. The recipe has been with us for many years, yet its flavors still have the power to surprise. And when even the pastry chef is pleasantly surprised by how delicious the creation turned out, there's no stronger seal of approval than that.
