Hunter & The Chase Shore Hospitality was formed in 2010 by Mark Cholewka, a distinguished chef. The group currently has 4 brands and a total of 8 restaurants.

Including The Salted Pig, Cull N' Pistol, The Blind Pig, and The Pizza Pig.

It is with great sadness that Shore Hospitality Group will be closing Hunter and The Chase with our last day of service on Saturday, February 22nd.

The L Place, 3rd and 4th floor was the birthplace of Shore Hospitality Group. Our first outlet, Shore Steak & Bar opened in October 2010 with one of the BEST STEAKHOUSE in town. In 2018 we rebranded into a new concept called Hunter and The Chase. Bringing in Gastronomic adventures with game meats “there is no Hunter without the Chase”.

This location has brought so many great memories. We created a venue with an atmosphere like no other, right in the hectic business district, our terrace was a little oasis, where you got to stare up at The Center which we called it our very own Chandelier, to bamboo greenery as our backdrop.

From the bottom of our heart, Thank you to all of our Guests, Friends, Family and Super Amazing Staff.

As a Group we will continue to grow our existing Brands The Salted Pig, Cull ‘N Pistol and upcoming The Blind Pig. We love Hong Kong and will continue to celebrate Hong Kong.

By presenting the best natural taste of the wild ingredients, Executive Chef Felipe is competent at utilizing various cooking skills and methods for different ingredients - “the key to doing game meat right is to treat them with respect, understand their flavor profile and prepare them with the correct technique”.

Downstairs, The Chase provides the ideal social destination in town with a more casual and eclectic space where is exquisitely suited for unwinding yourself from a glass of craft cocktail or wine from the comprehensive drink list, and sharing some American bistro bites with American artisanal cheeses with friends.
