What we're all about.

𝙒𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙮 𝙒𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙮 𝘽𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙧𝙮 from the basic (Flour + Yeast + Sugar + Salt + Honey + Olive Oil), creates authentic classic bagels and bread! Growing up eating bagels and challah in America. They are more than just food, they are a ritual! Moving back to Hong Kong, we noticed a distinct lack of bagels and challah in the city. We decide to share them and spread their goodness - fresh b

aked bagels and bread to everyone. We take that to heart and give bread the respect they deserve and give you the bread you deserve! Passionate about reconnecting food and people. Wakey Wakey Bakery was created at Fall 2020 during the middle of the pandemic, hoping to fill the bagel void. We offer a variety of gourmet bagels, sweets and bread! We've taken our favourite elements of each style to create our own unique Wakey Wakey Bread!

在美國生活的日子，長時間接觸到Bagel 和 challah. 他們不單只是普通麵包，他們是一種生活習慣。
自從搬回港後，發現香港缺少Bagels 和 Challah. 所以我們決定將健康無負擔又方便儲存的麵包帶到香港成為大家開始新一天的精神食糧或午餐精選。全手揉 x 少油少鹽少糖，零防腐劑零添加物。用新鮮健康食材做出的我們親手為您製作的食物和麵包！與時俱進的，是風味的演繹與推陳出新，恆久不變的，是品質的堅持與用心。很簡單對麵包的熱愛，想跟大家一起分享健康。雖然健康的產品相較昂貴，但自從經營烘焙業時，發現需要跳出來做不同區塊的烘焙，讓懂的人、在意的人買到健康又美味的麵包和甜點，熱衷於重新連接食物和人。

𝙒𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙮 𝙒𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙮 𝘽𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙧𝙮 於2020年秋季成立，正是全球疫症大流行，希望為大家帶來新鮮，親手製作經典口味貝果，並非日常普通日式或台式貝果。無奶無油，外皮脆又耐嚼帶出濃郁麵包香味，便是𝙒𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙮 𝙒𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙮 獨特口感！
