Sweetserland Tailor-made cakes, cookies, cupscakes for all kind of celebrations.... Cinder was a flight attendant. Cinder has a real passion for Korean flower decorating.

Cinder who is a cake artist residing in Sydney, is specialised in professional novelty cakes and buttercream flower cakes. She studied patisserie at the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Institute (Sydney, Australia) and holds a Knightsbridge PME Master Certificate (London, UK). It gave her a chance to fly around and she has been trained extensively with cake decorating masters in Asia, Europe and Aust

ralia across all areas of cake design. She spent a month in South Korea learning from different buttercream flower masters to improve her buttercream piping techniques. She is a certified instructor of Korea Flower Cake Association for conducting Korean piping classes worldwide and is certified to endorse beginner to advanced certificates on behalf of the association. She is now teaching at one of the leading patisserie schools in Australia, the Australia Patisserie Academy (APA). Recently, Cinder attended a cake competition in Melbourne and got the award of "the best one-tier cake".

It was a very good experience and one of the best memories of my cake making journey :)

We are proud to announce that our cake artist, Cinder Lee, won the "Best One-tier Cake Award" in the Melbourne cake expo!!

We are very delighted that this is her first cake competition in life and she got recognition for her skills. Thank you for those who voted for her cake and thanks everyone who loves our cake!

She will keep improving her creations and looks forward to making better cakes for everyone, and the next competition in Sydney in June!

真係好多小朋友鍾意 p**a pig!

講個小秘密俾大家知~ 其實呢個屋形蛋糕分了兩部份, 上層是朱古力蛋糕, 蛋糕下方墊了一層約4" 的發泡膠, 令屋形蛋糕看上去比較高身!

點解要咁做? 因為翻糖蛋糕的 portion 一般比較多, 口感比較濃厚, 通常小小一個6" 的蛋糕已經足夠十多人享用。但如果客人數量唔多, 蛋糕 size 太細, 影相又好似無咁好睇....

所以 Sweetserland 幫客人諗0左用發泡膠 "增高" 呢個方法! 既可以令蛋糕影相時好睇D, 又可以減少過多蛋糕的浪費~

希望客人會喜歡呢個蛋糕啦 🙂

除0左手造的公仔外,如果有特定的圖案或logo 都可以加到 cupcake 上呀~ 我0地會以 edible ink 作打印,睇得又食得~

老實講,我最掛住0既其實係澳洲的西瓜蛋糕😋😋

雖然香港已經有D 地方有得買,但感覺上仍然爭D...
既然出面買唔到,咁就唯有自己整啦~ 經過無數次的嘗試後終於俾我整到!!!! 媽~ 我得0左啦~~~~~ 試食0個下簡直有衝動想跳起yeah 呀~ 🤣🤣🤣
