MANGO is one of the most important and widely cultivated fruits of the tropical world and is loved by kids and adults alike. While mangoes can be best enjoyed just as the fruit itself, there are variations like smoothies, desserts, salads, breads and cakes that are getting quite popular too!

This Mango Cake was super fun to make 🥭 🎂
(Made from scratch in a matter of hours)

Layers of mango sponge cake were separated by cream cheese frosting and fresh mango cubes and covered with the same frosting topped with more fresh mango pieces as with mangoes, you can never have enough 🥭🥭

The cake was topped with a fun topper to make the birthday celebration special for the 11 year old who loves aeroplanes ✈️ ✈️

To understand the traditional Red Velvet cake, we must go back in time. Velvet cakes first came into existence during the Victorian Era. It was during the 1800’s that recipes started using cocoa for luxury cakes. They would call the cakes “velvet” cakes and serve them at fancy dessert parties in beautiful platters.

The word velvet let the guests know the cake will have a smooth and soft texture even before they tried it.

With the popularisation of red food colouring, an addition of the same to this cake resulted in a stunning cake fit for grand celebrations 🎂❤️♥️

This red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting was a special request from a friend and turned out to be soft and decadent ♥️

A beautiful birthday cake for one of the most beautiful human beings I know💕🩷❤️🎂

As per request, a multi layered cake with dark chocolate, biscoff and espresso cake base layers, separated by double chocolate ganache and biscoff cream ganache!! Covered with brightly coloured buttercream and decorated with some pistachio flavoured Lindt chocolate, this cake was truly enjoyed❤️🩷💕

Two chocolate base cake layers with chocolate buttercream in between and dark chocolate ganache- buttercream all around. Turquoise buttercream swirls here and there and Oreo details completed the look 🎂🎂

This vanilla butterscotch cake was made as per request along with the details like calendar, candle and flowers 🌹 💐 🌺

The cherry on top was the couple seated atop the cake with Richa’s favourite diamond ring 💍 💕

A bright chocolate cricket cake for some sporty fun 🏏 🎂
This moist cake had chocolate cake base layers with dark chocolate ganache in between. Covered with bright green buttercream and decorated with edible cricket props, this cake was a super hit!!
