This is me...

Hey guys! My name is Sarah. I’m an expat living in Taipei with my husband and our fur baby, Habipti (Arabic for ‘my love’) for over 6 years now. When I’m not baking cupcakes I’m either teaching, forcing my cat to snuggle with me, or hanging out with my hubs somewhere in the city. I’m a self-taught cupcaker, so while I’ve had more than my fair share of Pinterest fails, I strive to create beautiful and delicious cupcakes. I loooves me some cupcakes (duh, who doesn’t?), and I really enjoy creating unique and unexpected flavors that you can’t find in a typical cupcake shop (think Ferrero Rocher stuffed chocolate cupcakes or french toast cupcakes with maple icing topped with chocolate dipped bacon *drool*). My favorite part about making cupcakes would probably have to be the taste testing; a girl has to have quality control, right?

I’ve provided cupcakes for baby showers and birthday parties, but the great thing about cupcakes is they’re perfect for any event! And by event, I mean on a Tuesday afternoon when you need to spice up your (almost) mid-week lull.

You might be saying to yourself, “Self, why doesn’t Sarah have a menu of the cupcake flavors she offers on her page?” Well, I’m glad you asked. I don’t have a specific ‘menu’ that I work from because I like to try new and different flavor combos that suit my client’s taste buds and the theme or feel of the event they’re hosting. Because of this, my cupcake repertoire is constantly evolving.
