I have been under the radar for some time and I apologize for it. I have been working on a new project. I am happy to announce that I have just started a pastry degree course at Lecordon bleu in Paris.
Thank you immensely for your support over the years, I would not have gone into this new adventure without you. I promise I will be back soon!

Summer wedding cake for Weddings.
Lemon coconut cake with homemade lemon curd and 7 hours of work to place the coconut flakes one by one on the bottom tier. Ornated with fresh flowers, leaves and gold leaves.
Also, my summer break is over and I am back to the kitchen!

Meanwhile, I just made a lemon coconut 2-tier cake. Bottom tier is decorated with dried coconut pieces and it took me nearly 7 hours to place them 😭. Top tier has a rustic feel and is decorated with gold leaf and topped with white peonies and greens 🌼🍃
