調不成機, 飲恨向百日宴訂單說再見....但這突如其來的訂單, 都已經足夠令我送上小祝福給客人~
客人要求蛋糕設計簡單但帶點優雅, 與她妹妹的孖女齊分享這一份甜😊
Failed to swap flight and had to give up 100days birthday cake order but got this ad hoc order. A 5" cake box birthday cake (chocolate flavour with strawberry crisps)

去完台北旅行差足電回來, 努力為客人製作新挑戰。客人是外國媽媽, 她很愛錫她的女兒, 女兒14歲生日還特別親自設計生日蛋糕; 如果我是她的女兒我一定會很開心 😊 (☝🏼全手製食用牡丹花 !!)
Fully recharged from Taipei trip, continue a new cake challenge. Customer wants to celebrate her beloved daughter's Happy 14th Birthday, she designed the cake and I made for her.

第一次挑戰4吋 3D立體蛋糕 (迷你Q版悟空, 比加超)!! 教學生如何逐步去完成每個步驟. 為求達到最高要求, 堅持每一分的執著, 去滿足學生男友的歡心😊 謝謝您接受我的執著和挑戰, 皆因我倆皆是屬白羊座😄~ (伯爵茶蛋糕配白朱古力ganache)
1st challenge to make a 4" 3D birthday cake (Mini figures of Dragon ball Wukong & Pikachu). Teach a student how to make a 3D cake to her boyfriend. As me and you are from Aries, we are perfectionists 💯, everything must be done in perfect way 😊 (Cake flavour: Earl grey with white chocolate ganache)

客人的朋友, 為他送上遲來的生日🎂, 弄了一個4吋Ispahan~ Ispahan是我最愛的甜品之一, 以前每飛去法國總會買幾件, hand carry回港分享給家人和朋友! 今次第一次試整, 自製玫瑰吉士, 外脆內chewy的馬卡龍餅, 配合啖啖荔枝肉和覆盆子, 還用gumpaste手製吃得的玫瑰花瓣和其他裝飾, 很恰當的清香味道 😋

客人為女兒慶祝5歲生日, 他的女兒喜歡Rainbow Dash和frozen的藍色; 本應想用gumpaste去塑造一隻迷你版, 但巧遇在美國外站竟然抽到mini Rainbow Dash!! 我覺得客人的女兒除了有生日蛋糕, 馬卡龍餅吃外, 如果在蛋糕上有小玩具可作保存, 應該會很開心的😊.

客人男友生日, 是阿仙奴球迷, 所以設計一件10號球衣加人手繪畫阿仙奴會章; 迷你足球本身是麥提莎, 難度高在用薄薄的gum paste先包麥提莎, 然後人手繪畫足球五角形＋六角形圖案~ 味道選用蜜瓜和菠蘿香蕉buttercream, 而cupcake味道是Earl Grey伯爵茶味 😊~
