So it's chaotic on the streets in HK and schools are closed, so I made some of 's Espresso and Rye Chocolate Chip cookies - using some of 's 70% dark chip and damn, they are delicious. Except I'm in training right now, so some lucky bu**er will get them tomorrow.

I didn't get to check out Said Chocolate while I was in Rome, so popped by the Soho restaurant in London. Had a big piece of their chocolate cake, drizzled with their triple chocolate sorcerery. For breakfast.

These Pumpkin Spice Latte cookies are another level good. It taste like Fall and it smells like Fall. The pumpkin snickerdoodle base, stuffed with gooey dulce de leche. Worth making again. And again. And again. Recipe on the blog

Momofuku Milkbar Carrot Cake - cakes are quite special, each layer is delectable on its own but when layered together is an explosion of flavors. The making of the cake is a culinary adventure of its own - not for the fainthearted but completely doable. Definitely one of my favourite bakes to date. Recipe on the blog soon.
