:令人越難越愛嘅義式蛋白霜☁️
話說grumpy直到今年公司午宴有法式撻先知蛋白霜係甜嘅,但係fyi唯一食過嘅呢次都係有啲蛋白味好難食。。我開始好奇究竟好味嘅蛋白霜應該係點🤨 原來材料基本上只有蛋白同糖,做法卻完全稱唔上簡單。抽出黎嘅蛋黃都可以煎黎食左佢呀,但蛋白就唔知比我嘥左幾多盤,先知道丁屎咁多嘅變數都會搞衰成盤蛋白霜。不過到真係整到扎實、光澤、柔滑綿密嘅✨義式蛋白霜 嗰陣,偷食一啖已經😳🫶🏻, 放係酸甜濃郁嘅yuzu scuffin上,必須說:好幸福呀~~ 快啲試下啦!
