JERK CHICKEN WINGS
Buttermilk, chili tamarind jam, lime leaf

Marinated for 48 hours in a special buttermilk jerk paste these wings are then deep fried till golden then tossed with crispy aromatics and lime leaf.

420 🌿 Pop Up

Massive thank you to all our supporters who came down for our first pop up of the year!

Although patties are our bread and butter we took this unique opportunity and our favourite holiday to introduce some new menu items in order to create a truly immersive experience.

These included:
