Solarhands Bakery was born in 2020 as a pandemic project, driven by a Hong Kong-based chef's desire to bring the flavors of her childhood in Manila to the local Filipino community. Starting with perfecting classic recipes, the chef also put her own creative twists on the treats to cater to her patrons' discerning tastes. As word spread, demand grew, and the menu expanded to include a wider variety

of freshly baked pastries and cakes. Now a thriving business, Solarhands Bakery has become a beloved oasis, allowing the Filipino diaspora in Hong Kong to reconnect with the comforting tastes of home, while also introducing these unique flavors to a broader audience.
