Όταν ξεκινήσαμε το Venier, είχαμε έναν ξεκάθαρο στόχο:
να δημιουργήσουμε έναν χώρο όπου τίποτα δεν γίνεται απλώς «για να γίνει».

Να ζυμώνουμε το προζυμένιο ψωμί μας.
Να φτιάχνουμε τη ζαχαροπλαστική μας στο χέρι.
Να παράγουμε το gelato μας από το μηδέν.
Να επιλέγουμε πρώτες ύλες που πραγματικά αξίζουν.

Αυτές οι δύο διακρίσεις ήρθαν απρόσκλητες και μας κάνουν περήφανους.

Αλλά ακόμη μεγαλύτερη αξία έχουν οι άνθρωποι πίσω από αυτές.

Η ομάδα μας, που στάθηκε δίπλα μας από την αρχή, στις εύκολες αλλά κυρίως στις δύσκολες ημέρες.
Και όλοι εσείς που μας επιλέγετε καθημερινά, μας εμπιστεύεστε και επιστρέφετε ξανά και ξανά.

Αυτά τα βραβεία είναι και δικά σας.

Γιατί τελικά το Venier δεν είναι μόνο αυτό που φτιάχνουμε.
Είναι οι άνθρωποι που το φτιάχνουν και οι άνθρωποι που το επιλέγουν.

Και τώρα έχουμε έναν ακόμη λόγο να συνεχίσουμε ακόμη καλύτερα.
