Learn with us how to taste it.

You’ll warm the tasting glass, discover why aromas matter, compare three carefully selected extra virgin olive oils and learn how professionals recognise quality from the very first sip.

By the end of the tasting, you’ll never look at a bottle of olive oil the same way again.

And because in Greece food is always part of the story, we will taste freshly baked breads, local cheeses, homemade pies, seasonal dishes and dessert.

Another beautiful morning at our workshop. 🤍

Today we explored the world of extra virgin olive oil through a guided olive oil tasting, baked two different traditional Naxian breads from scratch, and enjoyed a full homemade meal together.

On our table:
• Cheese platter with local Naxian cheeses 🧀
• Traditional pies 🥧
• Spoon sweets 🍬
• Different kinds of local olives 🫒
• Homemade galatopita topped with cherry spoon sweet cherry 🍒
• Freshly baked bread made by our guests bread 🥖

Join us for a relaxed wine tasting in the heart of Naxos. 🍷

Today we explored a selection of local Naxian wines, each carefully paired with fresh, traditional dishes to bring out the best flavors.

Our table was filled with Naxian cheeses and charcuterie, creamy fava, homemade dolmades, Greek yogurt with local honey, fresh seasonal bites, and other authentic delicacies. Every wine was thoughtfully paired with the dish that suited it best, creating a unique tasting experience from beginning to end.

Good wine, local food, small groups, and Naxian hospitality!
