Our goal;
To offer our guests homemade sweets based on pure delicate materials and simple techniques, just as we would make them in our house’s kitchen.

Το ταξίδι μας στη χώρα των γλυκών γεύσεων & αρωμάτων ξεκίνησε το 2009, οταν η αγάπη και το πάθος μας για το αγνό, ποιοτικό και αυθεντικό, μας οδήγησαν στην δημιουργία του " Μελίνα γλυκονοστιμιές" στο μαγευτικό και ειδυλλιακό λιμανάκι του Φισκάρδου!!!!

Στόχος μας;
Να προσφέρουμε στους επισκέπτες μας σπιτικά γλυκά με βάση τις αγνές πρώτες ύλες και απλές τεχνικές, όπως ακριβώς θα τα φτιάχναμε και

στην κουζίνα του σπιτιού μας !

Πρωινά & Brunch όπως θα τα μαγειρεύαμε για την οικογένειά μας!
Σνάκ με γεύσεις όπως της μαμάς και φυσικά καφέ ,ποτά, ροφήματα και πολλά άλλα, ικανά να ικανοποιήσουν όλους τους φίλους μας.

Προτεραιότητα μας;
Η απόλυτη ικανοποίηση σας μέσα από ένα απολαυστικό γλυκό γευστικό παραλήρημα.

Επιθυμία μας;
Να φεύγει ο επισκέπτης μας με μια γλυκιά επίγευση, ικανή να τον κάνει να θέλει να επιστρέψει στο "Μελίνα γλυκονοστιμιές" αλλά και να λειτουργήσει ως “ambassador”.

Εμείς θα είμαστε εκεί για να σας ταξιδέψουμε σε αυτόν τον υπέροχο κόσμο των δικών μας γεύσεων, αρωμάτων και αισθήσεων.

Our journey in the land of sweet flavors & aromas began in 2009, when our love and passion for the pure, quality and authentic, led us to the creation of "Melina Patisserie" in the enchanting and idyllic port of Fiscardo. Breakfast & Brunch as we would cook them for our family! Snacks like moms flavor, and of course coffee, drinks, beverages and much more, able to satisfy all our friends. Our priority? Your absolute satisfaction through an enjoyable sweet & tasty delusion. Our wish? Let our visitors leave with a sweet aftertaste, capable of making them want to return to "Melina Patisserie" but also to act as "ambassadors". We will be there to take you on a journey into this wonderful world of our own flavors, aromas and senses. With a lot of passion and love

Μια Κυριακή απόγευμα στο Φισκάρδο, λίγο πριν πέσει το σκοτάδι, με τα χρώματα του ουρανού να ζωντανεύουν την προβλήτα.

Τα αγαπημένα σας τραπέζια στο seafront σας περιμένουν για να απολαύσετε τον καφέ σας, το κοκτέιλ σας ή ένα ελαφρύ σνακ, χαλαρώνοντας με θέα τα πλοία να μπαίνουν και να βγαίνουν στο λιμάνι.

Στο Melina Patisserie, καθημερινά από τις 9:00 έως τις 00:00, σας προσκαλούμε να ζήσετε αυτές τις στιγμές δίπλα στη θάλασσα και να καλωσορίσουμε μαζί το καλοκαίρι.

Hello Summer ☀️

Και κάπως έτσι φτάσαμε στον Ιούνιο.
Η θερμοκρασία ανέβηκε, οι βόλτες στο λιμάνι μεγάλωσαν, οι παραλίες αρχίζουν να γεμίζουν ζωή και το Φισκάρδο μπαίνει σιγά σιγά στους καλοκαιρινούς του ρυθμούς.

Τα μαγαζιά γεμίζουν χαμόγελα, οι μυρωδιές του καλοκαιριού επιστρέφουν και κάθε μέρα το νησί γίνεται όλο και πιο ζωντανό.

Από τις ήσυχες ανοιξιάτικες μέρες περάσαμε επίσημα στο καλοκαίρι του Ιονίου.

Στο Melina Patisserie σας περιμένουμε καθημερινά, από τις 09:00 έως τις 00:00, στο αγαπημένο σας σημείο στο seafront του Φισκάρδου, για καφέ, brunch, γλυκά, cocktails και όμορφες καλοκαιρινές στιγμές δίπλα στη θάλασσα.

And just like that, June is here.
The temperature has risen, the harbor walks are getting longer, the beaches are slowly filling with life, and Fiskardo is easing into its summer rhythm.

The cafés and restaurants are filling up, the feeling of summer is back, and every day the island becomes a little more vibrant.

From the quiet days of spring, we have officially stepped into the Ionian summer.

At Melina Patisserie, we look forward to welcoming you daily from 09:00 until midnight at your favorite seafront spot in Fiskardo, for coffee, brunch, sweet treats, cocktails, and beautiful summer moments by the sea.

Το καλοκαίρι ξεκινά σιγά σιγά στο Φισκάρδο.
Οι παραλίες γεμίζουν κόσμο, η θερμοκρασία ανεβαίνει και οι μέρες αποκτούν αυτή τη γνώριμη καλοκαιρινή αίσθηση του Ιονίου.

Και κάπου ανάμεσα στις βουτιές, τις βόλτες και τα ηλιοβασιλέματα, το .Patisserie γίνεται πάντα η αγαπημένη στάση της ημέρας.

Είτε πριν την παραλία για τον πρωινό σας καφέ και τα snacks σας, είτε μετά το μπάνιο για ένα γλυκό, ένα δροσερό ρόφημα ή το αγαπημένο σας cocktail δίπλα στη θάλασσα, σας περιμένουμε καθημερινά στο seafront του Φισκάρδου.

Spring Days.

Ο Απρίλιος που μας πέρασε στο Φισκάρδο είχε τη δική του ξεχωριστή ομορφιά. Οι πρώτες ηλιόλουστες μέρες, οι πρώτες χαλαρές βόλτες και οι πρώτες όμορφες στιγμές στο Melina Patisserie, σε μια περίοδο που το χωριό ξυπνούσε σιγά-σιγά πριν μπει για τα καλά στην καλοκαιρινή σεζόν.

Θέλουμε να ευχαριστήσουμε όλους όσους μας επισκέφθηκαν και μας στήριξαν αυτόν τον πρώτο μήνα λειτουργίας. Ο καλός καιρός τις περισσότερες μέρες έφερε όμορφη διάθεση και μας χάρισε ένα πολύ όμορφο ξεκίνημα.

Όπως κάθε χρόνο, είμαστε καθημερινά κοντά σας από το πρωί έως το βράδυ για τον αγαπημένο σας καφέ, ρόφημα, γλυκό, σνακ και φαγητό.

Τώρα που μπήκαμε στον Μάιο, συνεχίζουμε δυναμικά και ανυπομονούμε να δούμε το Φισκάρδο να γεμίζει ξανά ζωή όσο πλησιάζουμε στην καρδιά του καλοκαιριού. Μέχρι τότε, ας απολαύσουμε όμορφα τη διαδρομή.

April in Fiskardo had its own unique beauty. The first sunny days, the first relaxed walks around the village, and the first beautiful moments at Melina Patisserie, during a time when everything slowly starts coming back to life before the peak summer season begins.

We would like to sincerely thank everyone who visited and supported us during our first month of the season. The beautiful weather during most days created such a lovely atmosphere and gave us a truly wonderful start.

As every year, we are here for you daily from morning until evening for your favorite coffee, drinks, desserts, snacks, and food.
