We are privileged to be part of the facilitators for the ACTIVATE project by Social Enterprise Ghana and Wusc. In this training series, we are training 80 women in Maame Dede in mushroom farming and processing, fruit processing, vegetable processing and Agripreneurship.
The idea is to be able to transition these ladies into work after the training hence the training is very practical.
Here, they learned how to produce mushrooms, clean mushrooms after harvesting, process mushrooms into kebabs and mushrooms in tomato sauce.
