I wanted to do an experiment with my gluten-free sourdough loaf. I wanted to see if I could use dehydrated sourdough starter using Natasha's base recipe but my own flour blend. Here is the results. Amazing!

Many of you know me as Nana Yaa from the local Farmer's market's where we sold gluten-free breads made with Fonio, Millet, and Cassava and Herbal skin sensitive soaps.

We will no longer be selling at the market, but you can still order bread and or soap directly from me.

We am starting a weekly “Order List” for customers who want fresh gluten-free bread or tour favorite soap.
