This week I have been requested to make some gluten free cakes, so I have made chocolate fudge cake gluten free.
My mum is gluten free and says it’s delicious.

Yes I have been baking again. 😃🍰

This time I have made a lovely lemon and blueberry cake, with a deliciously lemon buttercream. These cake slices were so big for my boxes they kept popping open but I swear you’ll be licking the buttercream out the box. 😜

The next batch has been made ready for delivery in the morning. 😃

Today’s flavour is carrot cake with something a bit different. 😉 I decided to do an orange creamcheese filling topped with grated chocolate. Goes deliciously with the carrot cake. 🤩
