Third announcement- I finally found a garlic granule that doesn’t burn!!! Fun fact- poppy seeds are illegal in Georgia, so that means I make my own “everything” bagel seed mix, substituting chia seeds. (So that means it’s healthy, right?) Ok, so no more burning garlic, which means bagels get dunked in the mix BEFORE heading in the oven, which means no more oil, and hello to DOUBLE SIDED seeds! Yes please. (That was a lot of info. Probably more than you needed.)
