Sharing my knowledge is what I do best. I love it when you arrive and it’s your first time decorating a cake. We started this class with just 3 pieces of sponges, filled, stacked,coated with ganache and finally covered with sugarpaste. This lady was actually a teacher but last night it was her time to be taught instead of the other way around.

Revised opening times for the next 2 weeks. This plan worked last year so hoping it does again going forward for the school holidays. It just gives us the flexibility with our own children and not feeling like bad mums all the time🤣. We hope you all understand

Being a family run business, many of you know I lost my Mum 11 years ago (6 months into Iced Yorkshire) My dad has now gained his angel wings and is back together with his beloved wife. My dad was always knocking around in the shop and is known by many of you, so please raise a brew for him and we hope to see you all in the new year. We love getting our christmas stock out, over the next week you will see more and more appear (we seem to run out of time everyday to do it all at once). I will try to keep posting updates. What a horrible rainy day today, so while I sit and try and do some office work with a 5 year old I thought I would do a couple of posts. On a plus note to all the parents we are heading into the 3rd week of the summers holidays which means we are nearly half way through 🤣. So heres just a few cakes that were ordered over the past few months and a reminder that we are not only a sugarcraft supply shop, a classroom to learn but we do take on orders for bespoke cakes/cupcakes too.

As we head into the Summer school holidays this year, we have decided to adjust our opening hours for the next 6 weeks. Instead of making our kids work full time we thought part time hours would be enough for them🤣. With that said if you can’t make these hours remember we do offer a click and collect and a postal service.
