How quickly can you bake and ice 140 cupcakes?

I’m always grateful for such fab orders and it’s a real team effort. I might pipe every cupcake but the team are always there helping to add fillings, make buttercream & keep everything else going while I disappear into a piping daze!

Speed & consistency comes from years of practice… which is part of what you’re paying for when you order from a cake maker 💕 No machines just me, a piping bag & lots of coffee 😂

What an absolute honour it was to create this cake! 🥹

Thank you Patricia, Chris and the star of the show, Joyce, for choosing my little business to celebrate such an incredible milestone!

I’m starting to realise quite a few of you don’t know that I make celebration cakes too! 🎂

And kids’ cakes are some of the most fun ones I get to make! 💯

I’ve had everything from dinosaurs and Mickey Mouse to TikTok, Harry Potter and beautiful book-themed cakes come through the Milliefox kitchen. Basically, if your little one is obsessed with it, there’s a very good chance I can turn it into cake! 😂

Every cake is custom-made, so you can come to me with a full idea, a vague theme or simply tell me what they’re into and we can go from there.

The team and I can also cater for most allergies and dietary requirements, so please mention these when you enquire.

If you’ve got a birthday coming up, drop me a DM and let’s talk cake! 🦊💕

Part-Time Cook Wanted | Milliefox Café, York

Can you turn out a cracking breakfast, make a panini worth coming back for, and keep your cool when the orders start flying?

We’re looking for an experienced cook to join our small, friendly team 2–3 days a week, plus holiday cover. The role will include some weekend work.

We have a fresh prep kitchen, so you’ll need to be comfortable preparing food from scratch, staying organised and pitching in wherever needed. Experience working in a small team is essential.

And here’s the rare bit for hospitality: we close from Christmas Eve until after New Year, so you’re guaranteed Christmas and New Year off. Yes, really.

A sense of humour is essential. Remembering where you put the spatula is a bonus.

Interested? Send us a message to with a little about your kitchen experience and availability.
