Ok, so this is the result of me trying to get ahead last night, to save me some time today.
I iced a chocolate fudge cake without chilling it in the fridge first. The whole thing fell apart and collapsed 🤦🏼‍♀️
So now, we have a 6 inch 3 layer cake, complete with icing and chocolate ganache smashed up in a bowl to try and eat 🫣🫪
It tastes delicious, but this will be a challenge!!!! If the Cake-away was open this weekend, I would have used it to make chocolate crunch cake.....oh well!!!!

Another quiet day so far at the Cake-away 🤷🏼‍♀️

We only have one chocolate fudge cake, one Jaffa cake stuffed cookie, and 2 oat cookies, but plenty of everything else.

Please save me from eating it all 🙏🏼🤣

N.B This is the last Cake-away of the Summer. The Cakery is closed from 31st August until 13th September. The first Cake-away back will be the weekend of 19/20th September.

I don't usually cater for weddings, but I made a little exception this once.
100 shortbread favours (10 of these were Gluten free), topped with personalised fondant discs.
I massively underestimated how long it would take to make these....by about a day!!! 🫣🥴🤣
