Always follow the storage advice given ☺️
I recommend storing in the fridge until 30 mins before serving (1 hour on cooler days).

If you’re driving your cake make sure you have the AC whacked up full blast!! 🥶

I can’t wait until I’m in a position to start taking orders again, I miss the inspiration, the customers and the variety!

Baking purely for content has been more difficult than I expected. Having complete free-reign has left me stuck in my own head, unable to cater to customers desires or event themes.

I spent a long time designing a few cakes and was excited to try out a doughnut themed design. I ended up scraping it all off after the photos fell flat. This fairy design came to me on the spot after I felt the textured buttercream looked a bit like a tree stump… so I made a little fairy door, added some more texture, sprinkles, florals, fairies and butterflies.

I have found that in-the-moment designing is so much easier for me at the moment, rather than coming up with a completely new design on paper first. This works now that I’m only baking for content production but I CANNOT WAIT to start receiving orders again 🥰

I said a hip hop 🐰

Absolutely thrilled with how these came out - especially the mini egg inspired design. I had considered using brown food colouring but decided to try and cocoa & vodka which worked a treat!
