Here we go - last full weekend until the end of the month! Pre-orders are now open too aaaaand I’m including pastries in there this week! 🤍🤍

A geeeentle reminder that we run on an honesty box system, we came out of this weekend a little short changed, nothing crazy but someone had used pennies and 5p’s on a pretty big pick up, I’m guessing to make it look like they were putting the full amount in the cash box, and the total didn’t add up. We do have CCTV in the box and I don’t want to start getting caught up in having to watch everything back - I love doing this set up and it’s definitely not about the money - but sticking to the prices on each item and paying honestly will help keep it going for everyone 🫣🫶🧡

Happy Bank Hol!!! I can’t believe it’s actually good weather for once 😂 This weeks menu will be out tomorrow morning with pre-orders available again for bread and butters. Finalising a few items today… what flavours do you want to see??

Friday night = pizza night 🍕 frozen pizza dough going out tomorrow morning for the PERFECT summer dinner 🤍 (mortadella, olives, pistachios and basil 🤤) (ft Rory begging for bread - I swear I’ve somehow trained her to sniff out gluten with all this bread box business 😂)

I hope you’ve all had a delicious weekend! I’m working on next weeks menu at the mo and I can’t wait for this one! Lots of new items and exciting flavours including my first sweet butter 🤤 - look out for it being posted tomorrow!!

Introducing Books & Bread - I’ve always loved those little community libraries that pop up in villages and decided it was a great way to add to what I’m doing. From Friday I’ll be putting out a selection of books that I’ve read/had hanging around. My hope is that people will either swap it for free with a book of their own or purchase for £1 (this will go towards my Great North Run fundraising which I’m doing for 🤍). The main aim is to get the community swapping, reading and eating - what’s not to like?? 🥖📚👏🏼

I know I’ve been rubbish at sharing things on here over the past couple of weeks but I’ll be getting back to sharing the bits we all care most about (bread and cookies) from next week! Life just got a bit crazy there for a minute 😂😂🫶

Going for a bit of a mini-menu this Friday! Still plenty of good things but one day only! (I am basically only doing this as my sisters are coming and have demanded sausage rolls and bread 😂😂)

It’s been a month since I started this little bread box of mine and it’s been such a special time. I am LOVING the process and the local support has been absolutely incredible. Thank you to everyone who has popped by - it was so lovely to meet some of you yesterday at the carnival!!
I was going to be closed next week but I’ve actually decided to do Friday only - after that I’ll be posting about the new pre-order service which will hopefully kick in the following week!
Genuinely can’t thank you all enough - what a lovely little community we are!
