All the caramel I use is home made and always has been, there is no compromise because you simply can’t get it to set right unless it’s home made… trust me iv tried!
It’s the most draining process but worth it for that sweet caramel, so when you have a bake with caramel, just know about 2 hours of my life has gone into stirring that just to make that bite for you and I absolutely love it!!!
