Without doubt one of my favourite cakes to date. The colours are just gorgeous and shone on a beautiful summers day.

The groom is an avid and knowledgeable gardener so the pressure was really to get the flowers as realistic as possible. We had open roses, lilacs and lavender.

The couple chose seasonal flavours of Strawberry and Champagne, Lemon & Elderflower and White chocolate & Raspberry. Which would you choose first?

For my own wedding I chose a summer date. But gosh, Christmas is such a magical and truly beautiful time of year to get married.
I loved the colours of this cake especially backed by the beautiful Christmas tree.
