Switch up your same old breakfast with this savoury twist on a crêpe - crispy, cheesy, saucy, and seriously satisfying 🤌

How to build it:

1. Start with a hot, fresh crêpe
2. Slice it halfway (so it folds like a wrap)
3. Add smoky cheddar slices
4. Drizzle over hollandaise sauce
5. Layer on a sausage patty
6. Add streaky bacon
7. Top with a fried egg + extra hollandaise
8. Fold it up, fry on both sides until golden (optional… but worth it), then dig in

How about this insanely addictive smoky miso, butter bean and Applewood cheese on toast?

Shopping List:
• 32g cashews (soaked)
• 2 tsp olive oil
• 1 leek (finely sliced)
• 160g mushrooms (quartered)
• 3 garlic cloves (minced)
• 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
• 1½ tsp white miso paste
• 1½ tsp soy sauce or tamari
• 200ml plant-based milk
• 100g Applewood Cheese (grated)
• 1 x 400g tin butter beans (drained)
• 45g kale (chopped)
• 2 tsp lemon juice

Method:
1. Soak the cashews in hot water for 30 minutes, then drain.
2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil and cook the leek and mushrooms for 10 minutes until softened.
3. Blend the soaked cashews with nutritional yeast, miso, soy sauce and plant-based milk until smooth.
4. Add the garlic to the pan and cook for 1 minute, then stir in the butter beans and the sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Stir in the kale and lemon juice and cook until wilted.
6. Top toasted bread with Applewood and grill until melted, then spoon the mixture over and serve.

Let's talk about your next food obsession...😍

This Applewood cheesy beef taco crunch wrap deserves ALL the hype 🙌🌮🧀

Make it at home 👇

Shopping List:
• 125g beef mince
• 1 large wrap
• 1 mini wrap
• ½ red pepper (diced)
• ½ red onion (diced)
• 2 tsp taco seasoning
• 1 tsp garlic granules
• 1 tsp onion granules
• Salt & pepper
• 2 tbsp salsa
• 2 slices Applewood
• 30g mozzarella
• 1 tbsp sour cream
• Lettuce
• Tomatoes
• Tortilla chips

Method:
1. Brown the mince in a pan over medium heat, then add the onion and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
2. Stir in the seasoning, salsa and a splash of water and cook until thickened.
3. Lay out the wrap and layer with sour cream, the beef mixture, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and tortilla chips.
4. Place the mini wrap on top and fold the edges of the large wrap over to seal.
5. Toast in a pan with a little oil for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden and crisp.
6. Slice and serve.
