What a fantastic show yesterday! There was a great atmosphere and general buzz of excitement. It was an absolute JOY meeting so many lovely inquisitive people! Its exciting for me to answer your questions, of which there were a lot, because I get to geek out and explain all the (food) science, effort and love I put into my work. It’s a sign of a good show if you can’t speak the following day and your feet have fallen off 😂
I also got the bonus of seeing some familiar faces who have supported me from my VERY first market 4 years ago, which makes me emotional just to think about! Thank you and see you at the next one on the 16th September! Yes there will be more carrot cake at the next one!
