Unfortunately, due to time wasters, all delivery orders will need at least the delivery cost upfront.

I have not taken this decision lightly but after using 12 miles of fuel tonight for an order that ended up wasting my time and had no intention of paying for the order, I cannot afford to keep delivering without some form of deposit.

It's a shame that a minority ruin it for everyone else but I cannot see another way around this.
